I think it is nice if MOE able to support Swift in future. Now lot of tutorial and examples switched to Swift. Some even shut down their Objective-C section.
I believe in future, all iOS will concentrate on Swift… to make sure MOE future proof, I think it is best to support Swift.

Hi,
yes, Swift is the future of Apple OS, and you can already use Swift code with MOE by generating Java bindings for the Swift code from the ObjC bridge headers.
That said, we are aware, that some Swift libraries don’t export everything to ObjC, and also this method adds an indirection between the Java world and the Swift world.
We are looking at different options that we have, stay tuned for updates (I know I am saying this a lot…but winter is updates are coming 
).
