MOE 1.4.0 with Xcode 9 support is available for testing

Had some signing issues but figured them out.

I seem to have the same problem as Alan_Hamilton now when I try to run from Android Studio. Installing xz via brew solved it.

Here’s my update on testing remote build:

App store being removed from iTunes

Since the MOE docs said you needed iTunes to do use remote build on Windows, I guess I should not update iTunes? I assume it was it installs some drivers to put apps downloaded in iTunes on the iPhone. Also, do you guys expect that iOS 11 will cause any problems?
