Why was Multi-OS Engine UI Designer for iOS removed?

Hello,

In order to develop applications for iOS using Android Studio, is it necessary to have that plugin? or how can i do it?

I want to start a new mobile project, however, I found that there is no a download for Multi-OS engine. I should use Android Studio instead.

Any hint, please?
